PRICES AND TERMS
When you submit your booking form I will contact you to confirm receipt, length of reading you require and offer you a convenient time slot to begin your reading. I will also provide bank details for you to make payment by Direct Bank Transfer to secure the booking. If I don’t have availability when requested I will offer earliest current availability or an alternative convenient time and day to prevent disappointment.
Please fill in the booking form with your details, select the date, time and length of reading you require and submit so I receive your request, I will then reply with my bank details for you to pay by bank transfer, I will confirm receipt of payment which will secure your booking. If you don’t fill out all the requested fields on the booking form, such as time or day I will be unable to offer you a suitable time slot.
If you wish to take advantage of immediate availability and book a reading with me, payment can be made by Direct Bank Transfer within minutes into my bank account prior to your reading commencing.
All bookings are currently charged at £1.50 UK Sterling per minute. If you are located outside the UK you can make payment via PayPal in UK pounds sterling. Choose the length of your reading in advance by requesting a minimum time slot of either twenty minutes, thirty minutes or a longer in depth reading of forty or sixty minutes. Calls from overseas can be made at no extra cost via WhatsApp.
I am unable to keep an account for you so all minutes booked and paid for should be used during the reading time slot, and can not be carried over to another day or booking, so will be lost. If you choose to exit a call prior to the agreed and paid for duration, for personal reasons unrelated to your reading and our business agreement no refund will be given.
Where ever possible readings will begin at the reserved time agreed prior to your payment being processed and will end punctually after completion of the reading and duration of minutes booked and paid for in advance by you. If commencing a reading is delayed by you and falls outside my rota of working hours for that day, I will expect you to be flexible and roll your reading over to the next free time slot in my rota with availability, if suitable for you.
If your punctuality is poor on more than one occasion, causing the reading to be delayed by you and beginning later than agreed. I reserve the right to deduct the number of minutes of delay from the total call length if this directly results in my loss of earnings, but will inform you of this as we commence your reading.
If you have not called me punctually to commence your reading at the arranged time, I will allow the next client to have the time slot. You will be informed of my availability and given an alternative time or day, or be asked to request one suitable for you.
Cancellation of your reading at short notice may result in loss of the booking fee, if I suffer loss of earnings as a result I reserve the right to refuse a refund of your advance payment. However, I am willing to rearrange to an alternative available time slot, but only if twenty four hours notice is given by you prior to the date and time slot of the original booking.
Multiple cancellation and/or rearrangement of your booking may result in you losing the booking fee paid, and my refusal to accept future bookings from you. Persistent changing of booking time slots or days, even with twenty four hours notice will result in your loss of the booking fee paid by you.
Validations of accuracy will be provided at the beginning of the reading, and confirmation that you agree these points to be accurate will be required by me before continuing to giving future predictions or guidance. If I am unable to link with your energy which can sometimes happen I will inform you, I will request your bank details and refund your booking fee immediately.
